Here’s what you need to know when submitting a question to The Milies:
1).This site is set up to provide information and answer whatever questions you may have regarding being a Military Wife. No question is off limits! No matter what the question is, our goal is to make sure you’re comfortable asking it. So we’ve set up the site that no log in information is required and it’s open to all readers. Our site is set up this way so that you will be encouraged to at least read and maybe even one day submit your own questions. Sometimes the greatest therapy is just knowing someone else is going through the same situation. However, we highly encourage you to make up whatever nickname you like to protect your identity. It’s up to you on how easily recognized you are.
2).We respond to all questions. This is done on a first come, first serve basis.
3). When submitting a question, both the question and response will then become a post for other readers to see. However, we'll email you our response to your question first.
4). If we ever come across a situation that neither of us has experienced, we will invite a guest Milie to respond. That person will be a fellow trustworthy Military wife who will be handpicked by us and will be someone with prior knowledge of your situation. Again, your privacy is important to us so only your nickname and question will be viewed by our guest Milie.
5). The Milies will never, at any time share your real name, branch affiliation or email address.
